Simon is the co-founder of the company and has worked within the estate agency industry for 28 years. He lives locally with his wife and daughters and enjoys the ‘outdoor life’. He likes swimming, walking, keeping fit and is a keen martial artist. He loves entertaining, is known for his skills on the BBQ and can usually recommend a good local pub!

Ella Mullet

Sales Manager

Ella joined us in 2014 and is now Sales Manager and photoshop extraordinaire at our Princes Risborough office. Her previous career, planning weddings and events, gives her a keen eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills. Ella will go above and beyond for her clients. When not at work, Ella can be found walking her two dogs around the Chilterns or planning her next adventure! She has superb knowledge of the local pubs and may have a slight coffee addiction.

Jack Bird

Sales Negotiator

Jack is a new member to the team, having previously been at university, he’s now jumping into the world of estate agency. He has lived locally all his life, therefore has some great local knowledge. He loves playing and watching any sport, but mainly badminton where he competes at county level for Oxfordshire. When he is not at work or playing sport, he will most likely be enjoying a beer in a pub garden!

Leonie Coveney

Director

Leonie is the co-founder of the company and is a qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA) and has been in the industry for several years. As the company has grown, she is now expanding the Lettings side of the business. She believes in developing excellent customer relationships. Her interests include walking, tennis and modern jive dancing and she loves and appreciates the art of food so knows all the best restaurants in the area.

Victoria Jewson

Sales Manager

Victoria is well respected in Buckingham and the surrounding villages, specialising in Country & Equestrian properties, with an in-depth knowledge of the local area for over 20 years. Activity involved in the equestrian world with excellent contacts across Buckinghamshire, with landowners, developers and prospective buyers

Ali has enjoyed a long and successful career in sales management. When she embarked upon a career in Lettings she truly found her vocation. Ali has lived in Marlow for over 20 years so has extensive knowledge of the area and an obsession with property! Since the opening of our Marlow office Ali has established a substantial portfolio of rental properties in the local area and is excited about growing this further with the help of her dynamic lettings team. Her favourite pastimes are performing with Marlow’s Jam Theatre, walking a few miles each day along the river with her dog Ruby, and finding any excuse for a get together with friends

Brian Lane

Sales Manager

Brian has a wealth of experience in the residential sales market having successfully run offices for both large independent agencies and corporate companies for the last 30 years within the South Bucks/East Berkshire areas. He has a passion for providing the best possible customer service to all his clients and is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents.

In his spare time if he is not enjoying time with his family and friends he can be found driving up the M6 to watch his beloved Manchester City Football Club who he has supported for over 40 years through ‘thick n thin’. He is also working through his sporting ‘bucket list’ and has already crossed several off his list

Neale Hatch

Senior Sales Consultant

A well-known character in the Marlow housing market, Neale has been working in the area for over 36 years and joined forces with B&B upon the launch of their flagship office on Spittal Street. When not working, Neale spends much of his time at the Kings Head Cricket Club, Little Marlow where he was recently acclaimed the 2015 Player of the Year. He has been a resident of Marlow for most of his life and educated his children at various local schools and has been an active member of many local societies.

Romilly Newbound

Senior Lettings Negotiator

There’s not much Romilly doesn’t know about this beautiful area having lived riverside in Cookham for 20 years. Growing up in the midst of a family firm has given her an insight into business and helped develop her exceptional customer service skills. This, coupled with her qualifications including Law and Photography, means she is ideally suited to her role in Lettings. She has worked in supervisory and management positions in Marlow before joining Bonners & Babingtons. In her spare time, she can be found at the gym or walking her rescue (really, rather gorgeous) dog Colin. Romilly likes Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain.

Charlie recently joined our Chinnor office as a lettings negotiator. He has grown up in the Oxfordshire countryside and has a great love for the outdoors; whether it is playing cricket, golf, fishing or shooting.  Previously he managed a pub which has given him an understanding of how important it is to have strong customer relations.  In his spare time if he isn’t playing sport you will find him at the Crazy Bear having a few pints with his friends

Michelle works in our Lettings Department as Property Manager based in our Chinnor Office. Having worked in the Property industry for over 16 years, Michelle has a vast knowledge and a wealth of experience. Giving and receiving positive feedback to customers both internally and externally is Michelle’s aim.

She loves to spend time with her family and friends and is an avid football fan! Michelle is a keen follower (in her words) of the ‘mighty’ Spurs for which she is a Season Ticket Holder and tries to go as much as possible, wishing and hoping that one day …. !!

Gill Milliner

Gill has worked within the industry for many years, in fact started in Marlow working with Neale Hatch for an Agent in Marlow High Street . After a brief period running a livery yard and competing in several horse events, came back to Estate Agency and has worked in Marlow for the past 13 years for a competitor.

A long term resident of Marlow whose children all attended local schools. Outside work her interests include theatre, ballet, music, various equine events and a great supporter of South Oxfordshire Riding Club. She loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys travel

Harleigh Jones

Harleigh is our new Area Partner for High Wycombe adding to our expanding network of offices in the Bonners & Babingtons Group. Harleigh comes from a retail sales back ground and loves giving excellent customer service and ensuring he helps people achieve their goals.

Harleigh has property sales experience and up until recently worked with a market leading estate agent in the High Wycombe area. Harleigh enjoys spending time with his family and going out on walks in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside with his children and dog, Nala. He also loves traveling and keeping fit.

Alessio comes from the Gaming and Entertainment Industry where he has delivered excellent customer service in some of the most well-known Casinos in the UK. Alessio has a wealth of property expertise having successfully bought, refurbished and sold properties over the last 10 years. He is looking to use his knowledge to help both experienced house purchasers and First Time Buyers alike during their buying or selling journey. Alessio enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family either in UK or back in his country of origin, Italy. He is a big fan of football supporting his native team Palermo. He also loves, tennis and Formula 1.
